Eilenberger’s Inc. is a historic company founded in 1898. We are located in our original 65,000 sq ft facility in Palestine, TX. Our mission is to provide companies a cost effective environment to expand their production and fulfillment capabilities.

We know that it is difficult to find Co-Packers that will accept clients with emerging brands and may not need thousands of pounds manufactured at one time.  As a boutique co-packer, we are here to support you while you transition into the high growth phase of your brand.

Our services include food production, sourcing and procurement, bulk and finished case production and order fulfillment. In addition we have a full line of products under our Eilenberger Bakery and Mary of Puddin Hill brand names, many of which can be private labeled for your company.    

Our manufacturing capabilities include cookie dough (frozen or baked), extruded bars,  frozen dough balls, pies (dough or fully baked and filled), brownies, cakes, cheesecakes, fruit and nut cakes, gourmet candies (chocolates, brittles, etc…).
